is the President of Cunningham & Associates. Glenn founded Cunningham & Associates in 1992. Glenn specializes in providing tax and business advisory services to businesses. Prior to founding Cunningham & Associates, Glenn served nine years with the Cleveland office of Price Waterhouse, specializing in tax and business consulting services for middle market clients. He also worked for a local accounting firm in Beachwood, Ohio for two years. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron. Glenn’s professional and other affiliations include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (member), Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (member). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of several local companies and he is a trustee for several foundations.

is a Director with Cunningham & Associates. Katie joined Cunningham & Associates in November of 2007. With many years of experience in financial and cash management, Katie brings significant depth to our firm in the areas of audit and accounting. Along with Katie’s client responsibilities on various engagements and projects, she focuses on due diligence and integration of future acquisitions, workflow and integration of existing offices and staff development, supervision and evaluation. Katie graduated cum laude from Miami University (Oxford) with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and previously practiced accountancy with the Cleveland office of Price Waterhouse and IMG, a global sports marketing firm. Katie’s professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (member) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (member). She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Rising Star Learning Center. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and four children and hiking the parks of Brecksville.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jim was the chief financial officer of the law firm of Duvin, Cahn & Hutton. Among his many responsibilities were employee benefits, cash management and investments. Jim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ohio State University. Jim’s professional affiliations include the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accounts (member) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (member). Jim is the Treasurer of the Beachwood Athletic Boosters. In his spare time, Jim enjoys sports and golfing.

Ann graduated from Fairmont State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. In her spare time, Ann enjoys camping, white water rafting, and skiing.

provides operational and administrative support to Cunningham & Associates. Lisa joined Cunningham & Associates in December of 2005. She provides administrative, human resource and first level IT support to the Firm. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. Lisa is a Notary Public and is also a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals and the North Royalton Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, baseball, reading and spoiling her Irish Setter.

is a Director with Cunningham & Associates. Tanhan joined Cunningham & Associates in July of 2004. Tanhan is in charge of the firm’s Tax functions, including tax planning and minimization. Her areas of concentration are tax planning involving business entities such as partnerships, limited liability companies, S-corporations, high net worth individuals, estates and trusts. Prior to joining the firm, Tanhan served eight years with the Cleveland office of Deloitte & Touche. Tanhan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bowling Green State University. Tanhan’s professional and other affiliations include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (member), Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (member) and Rotary of Bellevue, Ohio (Board Member). In her spare time, Tanhan enjoys skiing, biking, camping, golfing, cooking, baking and spending time with her husband and three children.

is a partner of Cunningham, Hiers & Associates. He has practiced in public accounting for many years. Clyde earned his Masters in Taxation from California State University in San Francisco in 1982. Upon completion of his master’s degree, he remained in California to teach taxation at the California State University School of Business for one year. Throughout his career Clyde has been very active in the academic side of accounting, while also being an active practitioner. Clyde returned home to Charleston in the fall of 1983 to take a position as Associate Professor of Accounting and Taxation at The Citadel, where he taught from 1983 to 1991. He also has been tax counsel and lecturer for the National Association of Residents and Interns at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) for over 30 years. He has been program director at the College of Charleston’s financial planning education program, has served as an adjunct faculty member at Trident Technical College’s Division of Continuing Education, and he has taught numerous CPA exam review courses. Clyde is very active in the Charleston community, serving on many boards, including the Charleston Symphony and the Daniel Island Business Association. He is also the reigning club champion at the Daniel Island Country Club.

is a Staff Accountant with Cunningham & Associates. Bryan joined Cunningham & Associates in January of 2010. Bryan works on tax compliance and planning for corporations, partnerships (including LLC’s) and individuals. He has experience with a wide variety of businesses including construction contractors, real estate, healthcare and manufacturing, among others. Bryan graduated from Mercyhurst College with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys, golfing, spending time with family and friends, sporting events and attending concerts.

She provides bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, benefits administration and administrative support to the Firm. In her spare time, Sue enjoys spending as much time as she can with her twin grandsons and reading good mystery books.

Her experience includes compiled financial statements, preparation and review of corporate, partnership, non-profit and individual income tax returns, individual tax planning, general accounting and payroll taxes. Pam is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. In her spare time, Pam enjoys hiking, biking, water related activities, cross country skiing, cooking and playing cards.

is an Investment Advisor of Cunningham Wealth Management (CWM). Jack joined CWM in September of 2009 and holds Series 6 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He is also licensed to provide Insurance and Variable Annuities. Prior to joining CWM, Jack owned his own firm, Malarik Financial Services. Started in 1988, Malarik Financial Services provided investment and insurance services to their clients. Jack is the Chairman of the Finance Council for St. Justin Martyr Church and also sits on the School Finance Council for St. Mary Magdalene/St. Justin Martyr Schools.

Jason joined Cunningham & Associates in January of 2010 and has been working on audit, review and compliance engagements as well as individual and corporate tax compliance. Jason is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University with plans to pursue a Master of Business Administration. In his spare time, Jason enjoys reading, music and movies. He holds a Black Belt in the art of Tae Kwon Do.

Claire works on audit, review and compliance engagements as well as individual and corporate tax compliance. Claire recently received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from John Carroll University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from John Carroll University. In her spare time, Claire enjoys arts and crafts and going to the movies.

Dennis’ main responsibilities include business and tax planning, forecasting, budgeting, accounting and auditing. His areas of expertise are accounting, auditing and taxation for privately-held businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals. Dennis also has experience in the auditing and reporting requirements of Taft Hartley Funds and other employee benefit plans. Prior to joining Cunningham & Associates, Dennis spent nineteen years as a partner with Rothschild, Meckler & Co. servicing both corporate and individual clients. Dennis also worked seven years as an audit manager for KPMG LLP where he spent considerable time auditing United Way agencies and other non-profit organizations. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from The University of Akron. Dennis’ professional and other affiliations include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (member), Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (member), Stow-Munroe Falls Chamber of Commerce (Past Trustee and Member), Stow Jaycees, and Holy Family Parish Parents Club (Past Treasurer). Her responsibilities include general accounting, payroll, and sales tax services as well as providing administrative support to the Wadsworth office. Christie also assists with the financial planning clients for our affiliate firm, Cunningham Wealth Management. In her spare time, Christie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, camping, walking and scrap-booking.

Julie graduated cum laude from Heidelberg College with a Bachelor of Arts. is a Director with Cunningham & Associates. Mark joined Cunningham & Associates in March of 1996. Mark is in charge of the Audit and Review functions, Audit Quality Control and Peer Review systems. His areas of concentration are accounting, auditing, controllership, and employee benefit plans. He has focused on working with closely held business, and has considerable experience with integrated software systems and ESOP transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Mark served nine years with the Cleveland office of Price Waterhouse. He also worked for Universal Electronics, Inc. for three years as a Senior Financial Analyst. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron.
